We are a mid-western family of five, struggling to live a simple life in Texas.   We love college football, good food, and international travel.  Our greatest joys come from watching our three young daughters experience the world.  We would love to one day spend months at a time abroad, live in small towns and big cities, and maybe start a goat farm where we will make artisanal cheeses.
